2 cups of creamy peanut butter (or 1 16.9oz jar)
½ c butter
4 cups powdered sugar
3 cups rice Krispies
2 pkgs of chocolate chips
2 pkgs of butterscotch chips
Cream together the peanut butter and
butter. Stir in powdered sugar, a little at a time -- this takes a bit. Then add rice krispies. Roll into small balls. Cool in the
refrigerator for at least a ½ hour, or overnight.
Melt together the chocolate chips and
butterscotch chips. Coat. Cool in refrigerator.
These are just fantastic. Of course, when is peanut butter and chocolate chips NOT a success! :)
